From Mobility to Impact
Sharing Knowledge Across Different Audiences

Join us for this CIVICA Library Café, where Sofia will share insights from her participation in the CIVICA Library Staff Mobility Program at Sciences Po, "In an International Student’s Shoes" (December 4–6). 
This mobility experience provided valuable perspectives on library operations, shaped by the similarities between Bocconi Library and Sciences Po Library in terms of collection size, user base, and organizational structure.
Taking part in such an initiative comes with two main goals:
- Making the most of the experience
- Sharing the lessons learned and key insights at every level (Leadership, peers, and the Institutionas a whole)
This session will delve into Sofia’s experiences during the program, highlighting important lessons and insights gained.
