History versus the present: Library guided tours

Join us for this CIVICA Library Café, where we’ll take a closer look at the guided tours offered at SGH Library. This presentation will mention how the visits were prepared and it will focus on the parts of the institution that were being shown during these visits. A short overview of the history was presented to visitors followed by the information on how the Library is organized. Depending on who is visiting, (exchange students, professors, prospective students), tailored practical guidance on the available services offered is delivered. 
The following departments are always shown:
- Lending Library,
- Scientific Information Department,
- European Documentation Department,
- The General Reading Room,
- Co-lab,
- Journals and Newspapers Reading Room.
