A unique barometer on the documentary practices of CIVICA students

From November 3 to 22, the 72,000 students of the CIVICA alliance's partner universities will be invited to participate in a survey led by CIVICA libraries, with the support of IFOP.

Conducted simultaneously in each establishment, this barometer aims to better understand students' information research practices as well as their use of artificial intelligence in the context of their studies.

The results will allow:

to adapt and direct the alliance's documentary services
to provide the community with recent and objective knowledge of the evolution of information uses
and to best support the evolution of student needs.
At the DRIS, a poster campaign and email communications will be deployed. The practical details will be specified in October.        

CIVICA Cafés are monthly one-hour Zoom events designed for library staff across the CIVICA alliance. They provide a space to share experiences, best practices, and library innovations in an informal setting. For any questions, contact library@civica.eu.
